About Me

Nick Lyons

I'm a designer working on identity resolution at the leading data connectivity company, LiveRamp. I previously worked at an analytics company that drives process improvement in industrial domains. I'm passionate about using my skills to design products that can help the public. I'm dedicated to recognizing problems and designing creative solutions that benefit people.

I was born in West Texas, where I grew up playing basketball and wandering around the arid landscape. I learned to appreciate the beauty present in the absence and in small details that are hard to notice, that might be observable through my aesthetic. After high school, I moved to the plains of Oklahoma for college. I studied various subjects during this time, but possibly the most significant development was my appreciation for good design.

I am an experienced multidisciplinary designer that creates intuitive enterprise products for complex, technical problems. My education has given me the ability to see issues that affect society, while my professional career involves addressing individual and organizational pain points. I design products that utilize machine learning, data science, edge computing, and other emerging technologies. My focus is on user experience design while touching on service design, user research, and data visualization.
